Marker improvement · September 2026

Ezetimibe

Ezetimibe helped improve my lipid markers. ApoB, LDL-C, and non-HDL-C all fell on follow-up bloodwork. This was a successful experiment, and I’m keeping it in my daily stack. Personal marker history with overlapping interventions, documented rather than prescribed or offered as an instruction to copy.

Experiment window: August 8, 2026 to Sep 16, 2026. Would adding ezetimibe improve my lipid markers enough to earn an ongoing place in the stack?

Bloodwork Story

What I tested

I added ezetimibe on August 8, 2026 as part of my lipid-management routine. My July 15 bloodwork provides the comparison before the addition; September 16 is the first follow-up panel. Both sets of values below come from my Junction reports.

What worked

The markers I wanted to improve all moved lower: ApoB by about 11%, LDL-C by about 23%, and non-HDL-C by about 20%. The starting values were already favorable, so the result was a further improvement rather than a correction of high LDL-C or ApoB.

Marker Record

ApoB

Jul 15, 2026 63 mg/dL
Sep 16, 2026 56 mg/dL

Down 7 mg/dL, approximately 11%.

LDL-C

Jul 15, 2026 57 mg/dL
Sep 16, 2026 44 mg/dL

Down 13 mg/dL, approximately 23%. Both results are calculated LDL-C.

Non-HDL-C

Jul 15, 2026 69 mg/dL
Sep 16, 2026 55 mg/dL

Down 14 mg/dL, approximately 20%.

The Experiment

Current stack entry

10 mg/day from TelyRx, taken as one tablet after the daily large meal.

Decision: successful and retained

Ezetimibe helped with the lipids and earned its place. I marked the experiment successful on September 22, 2026 and am keeping the existing 10 mg/day entry. The initial experiment is complete; use continues.

What I’ll keep tracking

Future bloodwork will show whether ApoB, LDL-C, and non-HDL-C hold this improvement. Those are the markers supporting the decision to keep ezetimibe.
